So I sold my wrx and have a set of MB Quart QSD-216 6.5" left. I'm thinking of purchasing the ida-x100 just so it can work with my iphone 3g. I don't really want to wire an amp so what are your opinions on running the qsd's off of the alpine deck?

 

The q's like alot of power, I don't think the head unit alone would be enough, but that is my opinion. I have the qsd 216 as well, but I run a jl audio 300/2 amp with an alpine head unit, they sound great.
