my ECT unit still isn't working properly!
i read off the input and everything seems to be fine, but the output is generating 3 bars consistently (even when the engine is shut off and cold). The module is also blinking in accordance to the 3 bars (on an AP1). I don't think anything is wrong with the wiring? I don't see how any wiring could have caused my output problem.. I am thinking it may have to do with the parameters that are scripted into the module. I am still looking for a laptop with 9-pin serial port capability.
can anyone give me some input? Bob actually replied to my thread about this issue, but I haven't heard anything from him since.
thanks for any and all info.
