thanks for the heads up on the harness.. my DCI is in the mail and i didn't know anything about splicing wires! so i just picked up the harness too, although no confirmation email yet (paypal is having site issues i think)

My install is complete and the DCI with PnP harness made installation a breeze and it works flawlessly, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Bob is awesome. Possibly my favorite vendor, I wish he sold more stuff! I would go to him just for the reason of knowing I'll be taken care of. I actually don't even mind waiting from time to time because I know that if things go awry, I will never get stuck with the wrong product, paying for shipping that I shouldn't have to, etc.


I unknowingly overpaid on shipping for my last purchase and Bob actually emailed me back and then refunded the difference. That's amazing, I wouldn't have even known better if he kept the extra $15 or so and never mentioned it.

 

Bob is really great. I've been working with him on my DCI and he came up with a custom camera mount for me. His customer service is excellent. Good Job Bob.
