what about at night, is the display affected in any way at night by the headlights of a car behind you? also could it damage the display or even the camera?

when mounting a screen like that, or more specifically a GaugeTech EMS display (www.gauge-tech.com) into the dash, what's the best way to keep it in place? I'd like it to be removable just in case I need to change wires or something, yet secure enough so that it's not going to fall out when I hit a bump.
I was thinking along the lines of getting a spare radio door and modyfing the hell out of it. That way I have the mounting tabs, and I just need to mold it and put a hole in the dash. Any other suggestions?
