About to finish my redone system, I sold the alpine 9835 and bought a premier P9 with the processor, an audison lrx 5.600 and now its time for the components...Should I get Dynaudio 340's or a Morel component set??? Does anyone have experience with Morel speakers??

 

personally I wouldn't use Morel in a convertable. I think you'd be better off with focal. Their sounds seems to carry better in an open space like an s2000 with the top down.

 

the problem is I'm moving up from the utopia 2 way set...

 

i think yelos2000showgrl has them.. i heard it with the top down, comptech exhaust + intake.. and they still sounded great. just my $.02

 

well go with whatever you like then. Really, I mean, it'll all a matter of opinion anyway. Some people actually like Sony speakers, for example. But my opinion is go with the focal's.

 

I've listened to both the Dynaudios and Morels in the same store. The Dynaudios are much better but I only listened to the 2-ways. How are you fitting 340s - is this for an S2000?

 

the 7" is in the doors, the tweets in the MY02+ location and the mids in kick pannels.
