Mount Locations for Laser Interceptor Sensors
Greetings everyone!
I recently bought the Laser Interceptor 8 and was wondering if anybody else had one and where they mounted the sensors. I actually bought an extra sensor to place on the back of the vehicle for a total of three sensors. If anyone has any suggestions for mount locations that would be great!

I have 3 heads as well but you really should have 4 for full coverage. You'll have some weak spots in the rear tail lights with 3 heads.
I stuck the front heads at the top of the grille in front and the rear head over the plate. They're held up with 3M molding tape and haven't budged over the years. There are photos in the LI install forum on their site.
There really aren't that many mounting options for the S.
EDIT: Here ya go:

Oh, and testing results were very good with these mounting locations. Like I said, if an officer is very careful a tail light hit will result in punch through. Most seem to tend to aim for the plate or center mass though.
I suggest testing even if you use the same locations just to verify that you've installed everything correctly.
