Default Just finished installing clifford Matrix 50.5x

It was easier than I thought. After a quick search on this site, found this car is actually easier than the Element, other than the space factor.

With the seat removed, I was able to pretty easily squeeze myself under the dash for connections. I think I could have finished it faster if I didn't try to make every single wire perfect length, but it sure looks much cleaner.

I put the brain under the carpet on the driver seat, which made it just close enough for me to not have to run extensions.

the shock sensor and antena is behind the seat underneith the carpet. did not reduce the range as much, I would never want the full 1mi range anyways. It has about 1/8 mi range with sturctures between me and the car.

Remote start relay pack is left of the cluch pedal and cables run behind the ECU. Again perfect distance to the main wire harness.

Immobilizer bypass XK05 with PKH2 firmware hardwired and hidden deep inside the dash. It was the only wire cutting needed for the entire install.

I have my reed swtich (Modifry) made up and ready to install for Neutral safety wire so I can't remote start my car in gear. (much props to Modifry for comming up with such ingenius idea)

With the quick search here, I found that DEI wiring database is wrong,
Starter wire for one is large guage Black/White cable, very easy to get to.

We have no 2nd Ignition as all the ignition wires are connected together inside the ignition module. but i used both connections anyways.

We do have negative door switch, pin 11/12 on the keyless entry module.

NO need to diode isolate the doors since we only have 1 door trigger wire.

I used 1 10amp mini relay for the trunk motor

If you installed a VAFC then you can do this install. if anyone needs help or pics let me know.. I can take them.

a relay is needed because most if not all AUX's on alarms come with - polarity where it needs to be + for it to pop
