never installed one BUT if it's like every other modifry product - you get detailed instructions and his products (and the guy himself) are GREAT

maybe you could meet some locals in your area that can help you (we do this in New England all the time ie help each other out with mods and stuff )

again i loved my mount for the pda BUT modify's looks nice too

 

Ahhh I'm still deciding whether or not I should do the magnet. I'm really worried that when I want to take it off in the future it's gonna leave gunk and goo gone will damage my dash. You sure it won't ruin the dash Bass?

 

another option would be to run a wire and use the elastic strap inside the glove box to hold your mp3 player



no, no damage at all but again do you plan to keep the car forever?? if you trade it in and or sell it to a private party just leave the mount and it will look just fine

 

I have the Modifry mount that I use my GPS on and it was really easy to install. Sorry no pictures.

 

Once I install the Modifry bracket, how do I know which mount I should buy that will hold my specific Zen MP3 Player (about 3 inch wide) while also fitting on the bracket?

 

why not just use velcro on the back of the leather jacket that came with your zen & the modifry mount?

 

does the creative zen work with the stock radio ?

 

It might but I have an aftermarket Sony HU that has an AUX connection on the front.

By the way, I installed the 3" Modifry bracket but I need to get a magnet or something to put the mp3 player onto it.
