Default Mounting a TomTom 720 GPS

I hope this is the proper forum to post this in.
I just purchased a TomTom 720 GPS system and was wondering where the best place to mount it in a 2002 S might be. Along with the stock mounting there seems to be a number of aftermarket mount kits. One that seems the best so far mounts to the left of the shifter. Anyone have any suggestions or information?
Thanks in advance.

I highly recommend the Modifry one. I used the 3 inch bracket for my Garmin Nuvi 650 (it also works for the 350 and the 200 and 200W series).

Makes it look almost stock. You have the ability to hardwire it though the cluster area or charge it for a bit and run it without any wires. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures for you, but if you search on the Mofidry site and here on S2KI, you will find pictures.
