JVC has their new unit out, the SH707. Not sure how well it compares to the SH99. Slightly better EQ is the only noticable change in specs. Crutchfield has it for $330.

The Kenwood X859 and MP919 are the only DMASK models, so the rest of their lineup bears consideration: X959 ($600?), X659 ($400), MP819 ($380), and others.
