This is where mine ended up. I only used 3m double sided tape to hold them down. Tucked the wires using modifrys little plastic tools. Removing them should be easy. When I did the install I taped them to the door panels for a couple of days. It was OK but reflecting off the windshield I think sounds great. Hope this give you some options.

my only concern with the tweeters on the dash would be the Florida Oven baking them over the course of the year. The placement of OEM tweeters in the Accord, Pilot and Odyssey are done like this but I have always thought of the sun killing the speakers.

To be fair I cannot say for sure mine is not a daily driver and is garaged when not in use? So fair point and something to consider. But it does sound good ...lol.
