Hi everyone I just got new sounds installed today at my local car audio shop. Here is my setup::
1. JL 300/4 amp $549
2. JL stealth Box $499
3. MB Quarts QM 215.61 $450
4. Alpine 7995 Head $300
I also got the Python 680XP alarm $399
Weird my installer took out these 2 plastic small half boxes in each door that say protectors on them, so he could mount the crossovers. I notice now that there is more noise from the doors. Other than that my new setup is really nice and it sounds good. You can hear the highs from far away. The bass is good to but not like 2 12's but for a 10 and its a stealthbox its worth it. oh and the stealthbox isnt that heavy like other boxes I had in the past. My installer bolted the box down.. So I looked under my car and saw these 2 bolts lol Overall my system sounds really clear and good.

Take those cross-over out of your doors if you'd like them to keep working... if he removed parts from the doors water may be able to leak into the x-over. Be either way the x-over should be moved to a dry location within the car. If you leave them in the doors they will see moisture sooner than later and that will ruin them.
Go back right away and have them move them at the very least under the dash or better yet into the trunk so if something happen you can get to them without taking apart your doors or the dash...
BTW do you have any pic's????
