Default MY04 TSB for poor radio reception?

I understand that there is a TSB for poor radio reception on MY04's. As there is only about 200 miles left on my warranty, I was wondering if anyone has any info on this TSB. Thanks!

Will

There is a TSB? I thought it was just the stubby antenna.

Yeah I read on one the other boards a few weeks ago about it. Unfortunately, I cannot remember where I read the info!

I haven't seen such a TSB. Are you sure that your amplified antenna has power?

Yeah I was going to check that out when I get home tonight. I think it must not be powered as I have NEVER had clear reception since day one.

Also, which trunk panels do I need to remove to take a look at the antenna from the interior.

Go into the trunk and look to the right. You want to get at the place just under the antenna.
Before you not nuts with this, I just gotta ask .................. Do you have the stock stereo unit or an aftermarket one?

That's not a repair procedure, but a verification procedure to determine if there is a problem.

You take two cars of the same model then hit auto select. If both radios pick up the same auto-presets, the car is fine.

No TSB for a repair.
