Default Need help :( Dash light problem after license plate bulb install

Hi guys this is basically user error ( lol my fault ) and I hope its just a fuse but here it goes.

I bought some white bulbs to change my yellow license plate bulbs. I think the bulb is 194? Anywhoo I had a bit of trouble taking the old one out and I bent the little connecting peice in the socket. I decided to take a flat head screw driver and bend it back. I bent it back and the light worked perfectly and then went out. ( I did all of this while the car was running, I no bad idea ). When I came to turn the car off I realized my headlights were still in the on position nighttime but my gauge was illuminated like it usually is when its nighttime. I also noticed all the dash control lights were off ( a/c, fan, audio controls ). I havent noticed anything else and the car starts just fine but Im thinking I mustve blown a fuse? Any ideas? Ill have a better look at it tomorrow morning but I hope I just blew fuse #23.... what do you guys think.

** Fixed Fuse 23 underneath the dash was totally fried. Bought a new one and everything works ! Thanks everyone

Can't be sure, but check the fuse for sure. Hopefully that solves your problem.

Lol it was probably because you stuck the flat head in there. Do you think it touched the - and +?
