Default Need recommended amp

I have a single 400W pioneer 12" sub. I need a recommended amp to power this. I already have my normal 6.5" speakers hooked up to another amp that powers those, but I need one just for this one sub. This is not an S2000 by the way. Price is a MAJOR consideration. Any recommendations? What do you think abotu Pyle amps?

Oh also, what about sub enclosures? What should I be looking for? I honestly dont want to spend more than $100 on one unless its absolutely neccessary to get better quality. Thanks!

Best Buy will retail a nice amp for like $250. But ive seen some Pyles that, in my overall audio electronics ignorance, will easily power my 400W sub, run close to $100. Minus the amp kits of course.
