Default New Audio System Components - Red Flags?

I've had my S for a few weeks now and I am ready to order new stuff. Before I do, just want to through out what I am looking at to see if there are any concerns or better deals out there. Here's what I'm looking at:

HU - Alpine CDE-HD149BT - Like it cause it works well with android, including equalizer apps, BT etc. Can get it for $200 - http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/cde-hd149bt

Amp - Alpine MRX-F65 - like the power / price balance. Plan to install under passenger seat. $200. http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/mrx-f65/

Speakers - Alpine SPR-60C - like them because they reviewed well for the price. Can get them for $155 - http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/spr-60c/

Sub - Pioneer TS-SW2501S4 - Great price!!! Small enclosure requirement - nearly as small as the $600 Alpine. Will build enclosure myself for passenger footwell. $86. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-mXU3tr4...-SW2501S4.html

I was thinking I'd be 1200+ on this project, but with these components running $675, I'll be under $800 with wiring etc. Any red flags or better deals?

No red flags that I can see - looks like a nice system, especially the headunit. Where are you finding it for $200? Also, don't forget to budget for a Modifry DCI.

If you have room in your budget, I'd put any extra $ into better speakers. The Type-Rs are very good for the price, but once you have the baseline system budgeted, you should spend as much as you can on speakers. Lots of love here for the HAT Imagine series, for example, which are only $300 and have very nice mid bass. On the other hand, it's fairly easy to swap out speakers later, so don't sweat it if you don't feel like spending extra now, just make the speakers your first upgrade.

No red flags with that list. A DCI and wiring still costs money so be sure to factor that in. You got a great price for the head unit! I paid a little under 200 for the 148bt.
