Don't paint it silver/gunmetal! I've seen them that color and it draws too much attention to the center of the dash... doesn't "flow." Currently, it seems to have some sheen to it. Sand it smooth and repaint with flat black. It'll never match the stock color perfectly, but it'll look better than the cluster color.

with Skip (imagine that!) You can get "Honda black" spray-paint from any good automotive store. I used it to repaint my tweeter pods..its a very good match!

[QUOTE=AustinS2k2003,Oct 10 2005, 02:45 PM] Does the recession in the screen bother you or make it harder to see from a side angle?

Looks great, nicely done. Just a thought, what about covering it in black leather to match the car. you could probably send it out to Rick's and have it covered.

Can't you buy this bezel from Honda of Japan. I have seen many JDM spec cars with it already as part of the navigation units they have put in place.

Yes and your passenger will enjoy it... it faces the right hand side not the left hand side.

I was under the impression that it faced straight ahead?

It doesn't... sorry dude. Find a picture of it in a car, then you'll understand. Trust me people have bought it, and tried it... it just doesn't work.
But if you don't believe me, buy it and find out for yourself.

If people could just buy that and pop it in don't you think everyone would...? Its been out in Japan for years.
