Hey, hope someone can help.
I am installing a new infinity 605cs component system in my 2002 s2k. I have the lucid adapters for the 6 1/2 in the bottom of the doors and the tweeters should not be a big deal. The question is the crossovers?? Where have you guys installed them. I want to put them in the doors but they are not weather proof. I guess they are crossed from the radio so maybe I could just leave them off and use whatever the factory has done??

stick 'em in the plastic pocket towards the rear of the door panel. I think most people here use that location. Can you see the crossover in the picture? The signal coming out of your radio plays full-range and has no crossovers, that's why there's a capacitor like thing next to your OEM tweeter.
