have you got any close up pics of the lights you have used on the doorcards or their exact position? i am interested in putting these in mine along with a slight footwell light. My mums slk lights up so you can see the mats when you open the door

Thought of doing that a while ago but never got around to it. Put led's on the inside door handles though since everyone would claw at the door panel trying to find it before lol.
A little something like this?? I did these on mine, then a buddy's CR and they work out really well.

Yup just like that. used red led to make it not very bright. Looks and works great. No more passengers clawing at my door panel like a car trying to get out lol.

Horrible picture but here is mine.

What do you have hooked to in order to trigger the light on?

I just decided to take the easy way and have them on any time the car is on. Wired into the power for the windows I believe it was. I was originally going to wire them to come on with the e-brake but got lazy and didn't want to wire them into the cabin really so took the easy way out. Works fine for me. During the day you don't notice them and at night I wanted them on anyways so happy with it.

what size bulb did you use for the door handle light? i actually get really annoyed when I have passengers and they keep on asking where the door handle is...so this would be very necessary.
