Default OEM 03 Radio Vs 06 OEM Radio
Will an 06 ipod connection cable fit on an 03 OEM radio? Please help.

Yes, they should fit. Just note that AP2's come with the CD Changer wire already pre-wired to the trunk area, where as AP1's do not. This is the wire that the iPod connection connects to.

It looks like the cd changer port connector changed in 2004, so I am not sure if it will work.
