Default Opinions needed on DEH-P7700MP

I am looking to replace my stock '05 HU. Currently I have Infinity Kappa Components in the doors and Infinity reference 6.5s behind the seats. Anyone had experience with this HU? How is it? Pros? Cons? Installed pics would be a great help!

i have not heard that specific unit, but I am a fan of Pioneer's Digital Converter. Sounds good. I am not a fan of the one-knob-operates-all thing, though. Too much like iDrive.

I love my Pioneer - excellent features and easy navigation of the menus. I have a DEH-P80MP

The unit I had before it was a DEH-P7400MP, loved it also

I have the 7700 in MY02. I have that matched with a set of Polk DB6500 in the doors, sounds freaking awsome. I recommend the head unit, it has a lot of features. The only thing i dont like is the blue lighting matched with the orange buttons and everything.

If you could that would be great! Did you have a sat box hooked up?

You are going to get this sat tuner correct?

http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/prod...2089298,00.html

Order the MODIFRY Pioneer DCI (wired) from the S2KI marketplace:

Make sure you also get the harness adapter when you order.

Also - I would recommend that you run new 12 or 14 AWG wire to your speakers and NOT use the factory wires.
