If it's a stock system, it's probably a bad wire/connector in the door. Since your tweeter works, the wiring from the HU to the door should be fine.
You need to open up the door and have a look. If you need instructions, look here:

Good luck!

No sound at all? this is important. if it is getting a weak signal it is a totally different problem.
No sound?
Remove the mid bass driver to see if the wire is disconnected on the back of the speaker itself. I think that this could easily be the culprit. With no sound at all the speaker wire is disconnected somewhere...
stock speakers or aftermarket?
Does anyone have instructions to opening the passenger door to check the speakers? I'm having the same problem with my passenger side speaker - no sound comes out at all. The tweater is very very faint even at max volume.
Completly stock system (04) - any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please go to the FAQ on the top of the electronics section for instructions and pictures on how to take the door panel off.
If your tweeter is working, means the problem is NOT with the amp connection or the headunit connection. It is one of 2 things (assuming the woofer isnt blown)...
1)One wire fell off/came loose on the woofer.
2)One wire fell off/came loose on the crossover.
