Passenger window won't let back up
After changing my clutch master cylinder my passenger window will not let up. I took off the panel covering all the wiring to make it easier to get to the bolts on the firewall and I am thinking I bumped something by accident in the process. The only wire that looks loose is a small purple one with a white line, on the harness closest to the door. It almost looks like it was cut though. I will try to post a picture but I am at work on my phone at the moment.
Also, the window switch would not let the window down either, it let the window down when I lowered the top so the window motor should be fine.
Anyone know if this wire goes to the passenger window or any other suggestions?

Don't feel bad! Happened to many (most?) of us.
I had a panic moment myself when I couldn't get the passenger window up one morning. I think I turned the switch off the previous day when I had a couple of my Dachshunds in the car with the roof up. They like to stand on the arm rests to look out the window and have pressed the window switch with their paws. Next morning I drove to work with the roof down (windows retract automatically) and couldn't get the window up when I put the roof back up. Deep breaths, relax...
