Default Some dashboard lights turn on/off by themselves

Hey guys,

When I start my car at night, some of my lights on my dash are dim/unlit, almost as if the bulbs are blown. But after a few minutes of driving, they light up and turn on by themselves.

The lights highlighted below are the ones that act funny:

I didn't expect any electrical gremlins like this on a Honda -- have you seen this before? Any ideas where to look for a fix? Bulbs? Ground wires? Fuse box?

Thanks!

P.S. I'm surprised no one has any ideas (unless I'm asking a really, really stupid question).

Can the mods move this to "Under the Hood" for more exposure?

I would assume that the connections needed to be cleaned and that slight movements from bumps, etc. makes temporary contact.

I have a couple of these same ones that will come on if I smack the top of the dash - I don't want to smack the dash, so I'll need to take the instrument panel apart and clean the contacts and replace the bulbs sometime soon.
