Looks like it might need more structural support underneath to prevent from shaking loose and cracking. Be careful mounting the unit.

before i saw the last pics i thought that you had ruined your car...but it definitely turned around and looks great. be sure to post the completed pics.

even if it didn't turn out how he planned, that piece I have heard is very cheap to get a replacement, so all is well

Looks good

Word of advice, keep an eye on the edges as it starts to totally dry. I'm not sure exactly what type of epoxy and resin your using so just watch the edges
