Portable MP3 player recommendations
Well since our new most popular topic is mp3 players...
I just installed a new JVC headunit with the AUX input on the front. I'm looking to get a portable mp3 player with a decent amount of memory (say 5GB or better). I've seen models such as the iPod, Achos Juke Box, Creative Nomad, and D-Link Roq-it. All seem to have pretty much the same users rating, features, price, etc.
What I was wondering is if anyone knows how the interfaces are on these players. I want one that is easy to find a particular song (on such a big hard drive) while in the car. Something that's really user-friendly and not overly complicated, so you don't crash while searching for music.
What do you guys recommend?

well i love my ipod, yes it is exensive but finding songs isn't too bad since it organizes it by artist or album or genre or playlists or songs. so there's lots of different ways to get to the same song or album.
it is expensive though.
i do have to say that now that i have an mp3 capable headunit i don't use the ipod in the car in more. it's so much easier to control directly off the head, even though i have to carry about 10 cds to equal the amount of data on my ipod, so i have to swap more often if i'm looking for a particular song.
but i always found it hard to control the ipod while driving--which i think is true of any external mp3 player.
