So, I finally got everything installed last night (Alpine IDA-X001, KCA SC-100 AiNet interface, and SC C1 sirius universal tuner. I remembered to check to make sure radio would power up and play sound before I put everything back together but I didn't check ipod or sirius. After activating my account with sirius I noticed that the screen would display song titles but would not play any sound. Also when connected to my iphone it did the same. After thinking that it may not be compatable with the iphone I tried both my other ipods and neither of them would register. ( I do not have the high speed cable just the one provided in the box). Has anyone encountered any of these problems with this radio?

 

i have xm on mine, it works, and the iphone IS compatible with it.

check your connections, are you running an amp by anychance? did you connect correct speaker wires?

 

I trouble shot all the connections and they seem to be fine, the only two that pertain to the issues I have are the AiNet and the USB and there both connected securely, just no sound. The normal radio stations come in and can be heard just fine, it sounds great actually. With the Iphone and sat radio I can see whats being played listed on the screen of the radio, I can control the iphone/ sat channels like normal just no sound.

I am running an amp on the sub and it play perfectly fine with the radio as well as the door speakers.

 

hmmm....try playing without the ainet connected
