quick question!

i'm trying to replace my stock speakers, because it poped..
anyways wat does it mean when it says 2-way or 3-way, and also what does rms mean??
i try to look for it on the search but it was no good...

RMS is basically a normal playing volume, it's not the low power of the speakers, and it's not the highest or "peak" of the speakers. 2 way just means it has a tweeter and a mid range. 3 ways usually have a tweeter , a tweeter/mid combo, and a midrange. 2 ways are usually the best. Esp. component 2 ways.
