Default Quick question.

I've got a 6.5" bazooka and amp that I used in the cab (standard cab) of my toyota pickup truck. It did its job well, but now that my truck is not running it is just sitting there. My question is, is it worth the hassle to take the amp and bazooka and install it in the trunk of the S? It is probably not powerful enough but I figured I would ask anyways. I would like to add a little more bump to the music in the S but I don't really want to spend the money on a new system. Thanks.

After having a 6.5" tube and then going with a 10" sub, there's no comparison.

Plus I think a 10" sub will fit in the tool well.

Not sure, but I think a tube may be too long.

You probably won't even notice any difference with it in the trunk, plus if it is the tube kind like the guy above me was saying, that will not fit in the trunk well, it will probably roll around and such, and just take up a lot of room for no reason.

I didn't want to spend to much on a system so this is what I got and was well worth it. If you already have an amp, this is all you need (other than wiring of course). http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...21LS.html#tabs

It hits pretty hard for what it is, it's definetly not as powerful as a normal 12 in a deep box and everything, but it can vibrate the S turned up. It also fits right on TOP of the tool tray in that spot perfectly. So you don't even have to remove your tools like the custom boxs that fit in the well right there, and you still have a lot of room left.

Thanks for the replies, yeah I figure that it would not really be noticeable. I was not worried about the tube rolling around since I would have secured it down. I got an Alpine radio (with the Modifry DCI and iPod cable) which I will install tomorrow, so that should be a nice upgrade over the stock radio for now. Then in the future maybe I'll just go ahead and get a 10" sub.
