radio door doesn't spring open

radio door doesn't spring open

After i installed the deck it just kinda clicks open and dies.....I imagine its something with the spring on the left side but it looks totally fine.....is there a fix for this????????

By "clicks open and dies", do you mean it un-"clicks" but stays up in the vertical position, or does it flop down quickly instead of nice and slow?

It slowly lowers itself about 2 inches then i have to help it down

Did you pull on just the radio door or the pry on whole bezel when you removed it?

Pulled on the right side of the door till it popped then did the left .......
