Radio questions?

Does anyone know how to get the radio control knobs on the dash to work with an aftermarket head unit? thanks for the help.

hate to get off topic but when you get a aftermarket harness do you need to run new wiresfor the speakerS? or it will connect right up to your stock harness?

it will use the factory wiring.
