S2000 Radio Functions

Do I lose the functionality of the volume controls on the S when I switch to an aftermarket radio? Or do I retain them by using the correct wiring harness?

You do lose it, but it can be regained by using Modifry's chip, available in the s2k marketplace.

Yeah, definitely get Modifry's DCI. Much better than the other solutions like the PAC. You not only gain your controls back, but you get better functionality.

Excellent!! Thanks guys. How bad is the factory radio, or are the speakers what really stink? Or is it the whole package

They both suck ass. The head unit is probably the worst of the two. At least that was the way with my MY04.
