not sure why, but i put a cd in, and it wouldnt play, took it out, now the radio wont even work. worked fine before the cd was put in...

 

Yep, the YATOUR or a Gromm unit will plug into the stock headunit CD changer port. You can then just plug in a usb bluetooth module and away you go.

 

Go to Crutchfields and find a replacement that fits the rather small space of our cars. Plug in the car and it gives you all that will fit. I put in a 40 watt Sony with CD and adjustable lights and have not looked back. Made the stock speakers sound decent.

 

I have Pioneer I bought after I got the car. Single DIN, even has a color option for the display that matches the orange on the dash ok. Then, I wondered why I bothered because I literally never use the radio in this car lol. I drive it when I can drive top down, never care about the stereo. Nowadays its in a box in my shop because I removed the radio completely to save weight for the track. I would have to go look at the model but it will have been replaced by a newer model. I bought mine in 2015. It did have BT support but pretty old nowadays.
