RCA length...door sill install
I plan to run my RCA cables from the radio to the bottom of the trunk in the tool tray area via the door sill. I have spent 1 hour searching for someone to say what length they used. I could not find a definate answer.
Could someone please tell me what length of RCA cable they used to wire thru the door sill and the final location being the tool tray in the bottom of the trunk.
I plan to order my cables online tommarrow...so I just want to know what length is required without investing anymore time searching...
Thanks in advance

I custom cut mine, but i think that 10 ft should be enough depending on how you run it. You just going to run under the soft top tray and then under the carpeting? Personally if i were you i'd purchase a 12ft just to be safe, you can always coil up extra, but then again if its too short you can buy a barrel connector and just extend it with a shorter set (not ideal, but it works)

12m??? Do you mean 12 meters? Thats longer then my driveway
depending how you route the wires (center console) or (door sill) and how neat you run the wiring, wil make your decisions differ slightly...
8 ft... from headunit through center console to trunk well
12 ft from headunit through door sill and into trunk well

I bought the Knukoncepts 4meter one and ran through the center console driver side behind carpet. it was good length and enough to organize the cables. I definitely would have considered 12ft too short to run under the door sills.
