Default Realtime Speedo/Tach?

Hey all...I'm a newbie here.

Always been a S2000 fan from the day since I got behind the wheel of a friends for a few minutes. I plan on finding a Black/Black/Red...if I could, ooooo and a hard top!!!

Anyway, I just watched a vid of a turbo S and I noticed that there is a really noticable lag in the speedometer. I would think this would be really annoying, no? I didn't notice when i was driving because I was trying to step the rearend out. Do any of you get annoyed or even notice this lag? I would just figure that if you were to have a digital speedo, then it would be like the one in GT3/4 where the numbers keep track of your exact speed and be realtime, or at least sample speed more often. Just curious what owners think.

Not really lag. When you are on it, it wont do 20, 21, 22, 23 etc. Itll go 20, 25, 31, 40. Its realtime, just doesnt always go in 1mph increments.

But it seemed the car had already stopped (0mph) and the car was still showing the "last known" mph like 9-5-3-(actual stop)-0mph...get me? Just curious.
