According to my service manual, coming off the back of the head unit are...
Left Headrest Speaker:
- = Gry/Red
+ = Blu/Yel
Right Headrest Speaker:
- = Brn/Wht
+ = Red/Yel
These are all in a female connector, which a male connector in Honda's headrest speaker kit matches to. HPH

Mmmm, trying to wire some rear speakers also - but have seen two US posts regarding wire colours.
Other colours here:
red/yellow = passenger rear (+)
brown/white = passenger rear (-)
blue/yellow = driver rear (+)
gray/red = driver rear (-)
Anyone know which of these 2 colour combos is correct for a LHD vs RHD car.
Thanks guys
Matt

both of those are the same if you assume the driver is on the left, and
since I think you said those were both US sourced lists, I'd assume that's
true. I'd also assume that the wire colors described as "left" & "right" would
be the same in the UK - I doubt Honda would have flipped the wires for
RHD markets. I believe generally things are described as "left" and "right,"
but people sometimes use "driver" and "passenger" so no one asks "facing
which way?" - which as you've noted only confuses things in an international
crowd.

Ahh - looking again, it all makes sense now; thanks for pointing that one out!
Although went to look for the loom last night & managed to snap the clips from the knee rest.....not happy!
Think I will head off to the local ICE install shop before I break anything more.
