Rear speakers
The rear speakers are run off of the deck, while the front system is run from the Fosgate 200.4.
Dynamat has been placed behind the 5.25 door speakers and behind the 6x4's
The system sounds great except that to get decent bass response I must turn it up near max. I believe that this is due to the lower effiency of the 5.25 speakers in relation to the tweeters. I must go back and check the crossover to see if it is set 3db down on the tweeters. Also as noted elsewhere the bass response is easily overshadowed by ambient road noise.
I am pretty spoiled by my home stereo / Theatre system so I am probably looking to try and achieve too much.

You can mount rears and a sub without much phase cancellation. My amp allows me to set the high pass frequency for the front and rear channels. The sub amp has also has low pass frequency filter too.
I set the high pass amp frequency to 200 hz and above for the rear speakers. I set the sub amp to begin at about 200 hz and below.
I tuned everything by ear, and stopped when the sound became smooth and the bass sounded strong. The sub does not thump (10"woofer) with this configuration, but it provides the right bass extension.
