Has anyone tried this. I found a fellow S2000 driver in Dubai on Instagram who had taken apart a Alpine IDA series headunit and mounted the controls on the center console beside the cup holder and the 2.2" tft screen next to the ac controls. He had gauges mounted in the stereo cover.

I can't get on instagram at work but his user name IG is kamikazi Tune. He has a silver s2000 that is heavily modified. Defi gauges on the side, sidewinder full race twin scroll manifold I think, and a lot of other goodies.
