Default S-Pod wiring help

Hey guys, I just got some headrest speakers, I think they're called S-pods. They go on the seat themselves. I didn't get the wiring harness with them but they both have two long wires behind them. I got quoted by a shop $80 to install them. I don't have too much electrical experience but what would I need to do them myself? I couldn't find a write up for them. I also have a MY03 with an aftermarket Kenwood headunit. Should I try to do it myself?
