Unhappy S2000 Throttle Control Module P2176 Limp mode issue

Hey guys, I have an issue with my s2000 which honestly do not know where to start fixing. So I had the car since 2018, it was previously owned by my older brother who used to take it on track days almost every week it was basically a track car at that point. It looked completely different before I bought it. He removed all the mods and got it fully sorted and back to stock except for a test pipe. For around 3 years and around 40k Kilometers(approx 25kmile) I thankfully had no issue with the car, normal oil and filter changes and that was about it. One day while driving on the highway on the fast lane on a slightly busy day I felt the car jerk a little and lose all power. I immediately swerved to the right heading to the safety lane and stopped. I had a check engine light and a VSA light on my dash. I could move the car but it didn't go past 3k rpm and a maximum speed of 50 km/h but, it took 5 business days to reach( Iimp mode). Anyway, I got the car diagnosed, and I honestly had no idea where to start fixing the issue before seeing the code which was (P2176 Throttle control module). So I hoped on eBay to buy the part, a week or two later I got it and took it to the shop that works on alot of the S2000's around here. He installed it and recalibrated it and the car was running perfectly after. I took it out literally once or twice after and again it did the same thing to me while I was on the highway heading home(VSA,CE). I was honestly getting frustrated getting stranded on the highway even though I took care of the car, which wasn't neglected. I decided to remove the negative terminal for 15 min instead of calling for a recovery cause I didn't feel like spending the money since I was not far off my place. I returned the terminal, switched on the car, and the issue wasn't solved. I kept starting and turning on and off the car multiple times out of frustration, till finally, the VSA code went away although the CE remained, but the good news was the power was back and the car wasn't on limp mode anymore. I returned the car to the guy a few days later he checked and recalibrated again and things were good again for a while. A few weeks later the same thing happened again and honestly, I started hating the f out of the car and really didn't feel comfortable driving it any further than 5 min away from my place there was no trust anymore. I took off the negative terminal and repeated the same process till the issue was fixed( this time it took way longer and i removed the terminal twice for it to be solved plus the switching on and off). I haven't used the car in over a year, and it's been sitting in the garage collecting dust. This is my first time posting a thread and I know I wrote too much, but I didn't know how else to explain the situation. Also to clarify, I told my brother about the issue and he told me he had previously changed the same part and it did fix the issue for around 3 to 4 years. Can anyone provide me with any useful information or direction I should take, I really to get this thing running perfectly again and start trusting to go on long cruises. Thank you and here is 2 pics of the car.
