Sensors on the transmission.
On my '00 S2k, I have two sensors, I know one is the backup light switch, and the other one has 3 wires, I would guess ABS? I would imagine that controls the rear wheels, so each wheels in the rear does not have a abs sensor. Just checking to be 100% sure (:
