Can I remove the stock antenna and have a internal antenna of some type for radio recpetion ?

I recently installed a "stubbie" and noticed that my FM radio reception was lessoned considerably.

If you shave, youll need to get a digital woven antenna, or relocate it somewhere else.....

I personally, havent used my radio (FM/AM) in over 2 years. I dont even know if it works.
