I have an 02, but this is for an 06.

The extra unit was able to be hidden behind my stock head unit. Afterwards, I routed the wire from the back to the front. You're going to need a RCA Y-cable to 8mm to extend it from the adapter box.

 

Just bought the Grom adapter off eBay. I think it has everything I need.

 

Hi Have you had a chance to install the adapter yet?
I'm in much the same predicament myself. MY06 and seeking Aux input. $ for this, or $$ for new deck, plus DCI (optional, but I enjoy having my dash controls)
