I am sorry for the confusion. I do have clear side markers with amber bulbs and they said that is fine. I also have clear corners lenses with amber bulbs and that is fine also, but the Washington State vehicle code states that there must be two amber REFLECTORS somewhere on the FRONT of the car. That

That is 100% bull. No state in the continental U.S. requires amber reflectors on ANY part of the car. Half of the BMWs and Audis come with clear reflectors. LEXUS RX330 come with NO reflectors at all. GO to court, kick the cop in his balls, and walk out.

no kicking balls in a court.

jeez, for a slow internet connection you sure can research fast Phil...

coach, I would try to come up with your own solution. Find the tiniest reflector you can, and figure out a place and way of mounting it. I think your initial idea of the side grill was a good one.

My point in mentioning rick's was to get fog lights with amber diffusers and mount them like rick did.

I want to mount them like rick did, but the only odyssey lights i can find are clear not amber and this will not help me. If you see amber ones please let me know. I will settle for small reflectors that are easy on the eyes, but i can't seem to find these either. If any of you find them let me know.

as best i understand the apparent intent of the law (i'm no lawyer), it seems like that if you used amber bulbs, you'd satisfy the lighting issue, and small reflectors would satisfy the 'reflector' issue. it seems like they want to clearly highlight the boundaries of the car, even when your lights aren't lit.
