I noticed he yanked them off the website and it says to call? I want to buy one now, but does this guy build them upon orders or does he have them in stock for immediate shipment?

Ok, I'm confused.

Can someone tell me what the difference is between the DCI and the PAC SWI-X ? Is it the same thing, I dont' get it...
Bascially, I just want to hook my alpine h/u and be able to use the stock dashboard radio features.

The PAC SWI-X unit has more lag than a 28.8 modem playing Quake 3 Arena with a bunch of T3 connected opponents.

It delays from imputting comands to the execution of the commands. The DCI there is no delay, and carries added features that the stock controls should've had.

Can't wait to be able to get them again.

 

I will confirm the PAC SWI-X has mega lag, had one installed about 2 weeks ago once I realized my Lucid DCI wasn't happening. The mute function is instant and more important that it is in case you need instant quiet but volume takes what seems like an enternity to go up or down. I use the remote that came with my head unit and just leave the door down more than I did before.

I'm dealing with it for the time being and once Modifry puts them back up for sale I'm there.
