Is this useable with an MY01 HU without much modification?

the MY01 head unit can support 4 speakers, BUT the harness doesn't have wires for rear speakers. You can however get a custom harness that goes between the head unit and vehicle harness that will have wire leads for the rears.

I know Lucid sold them, and I think it's a honda part to allow the headrest speakers to go on 00-03 models.
