So many of you guys have been waiting for pictures of the new setup, so here's a bunch. I took these a little while ago but so these two parts a pretty much ready for paint.

Ok so here we go...

We decided to make a ported box this time and to build a "cup holder" for the cap into the design of the box, the box will hold 1 Alpine 10" Type-R sub, the port is a 3" x 9" port tube, the bottom of the box is made completely out of fiberglass and the wood structure is 1/2" MDF. The wrap is 1/8" high density fleece (holds a ton of resin thereby using it you have no need to use fiberglass weave blankets to try and mold). Everything on the box was hand made. The inside of the box was painted black because the port will be lighted in the end So have a look:

The edges of the box sat up a little higher than we had hoped but as it turns out it was a good thing because it help me mold the boxes shape to the well a little better anyway

The rack will hold 4 Alpine SPX crossovers. The rack is made almost completely out of fiberglass. I little 1/2 MDF as supports and a little lightweight bonda to help smooth things over. The crossovers will sit on the plexi-glass panels so that at night and at shows the panel lights can be turned on so that they glow hehe its gonna look so cool... we did a test run and man I love it...

Anyway I just thought I would post these up to give you a little taste
Cheers

No actually my brother and my friend do most of the wood work My brother and I do the design. I can do fiberglass, bondo/paint prep, and wiring work. My brother does the wood work, fiber glass. And our friend Jordan helps out with the woodwork as well and he's good

We work very well as a team. Team work is key in a project like this.

We get ours from Select Products. Fiberglassing is very easy once you see someone else do it.

For those of you that dont know how, would you like me to do a write up with picture, on how to make a basic sub box for the S?
