Default Sound Deadening Project

My car is down due to a block problem. I have had sound deadening products to install in the car for over 3 years, so I figured now would be a good time to do the full process

Here's a thread I started on the Florida Forum.

I'm sure some will find this helpful and others will think I have lost my freaking mind. A long time ago I was a car stereo installer, I am confident that it will all be worth it when it's done. the goal here is to hear the exhaust (not the resonance of the car) and get the most from my sound system.

Sound Deadening Thread

Enjoy

Nice work! I wish you had come by and done mine. I look at your photos and I have to check my hands for black adhesive goo and cuts...

Yes, but seems to be worth it. I have no buzz or rattles at any frequency.

Nowhere near stock now but I did have some time damped-but-stock. Sound damping did not make much difference at speed, though I did hear more bass from the OEM door speakers.
