OK I am going for a semi show system. I will install it so I can easily take it out, or at least fairly easily for track days! I am also on a semi budget (hard to do show with a budget I know)

head unit= clarion dxz945mp
door speakers= infinity perfect 6.5 components
Spods with infinity perfect 5.25 components
speakers in trunk 5.25 infinity perfect components (I am putting these here cause I will have a six channel amp
subs= 2 ten inch infinity perfect dvq's
amps= infinity ref1210a to power subs
infinity ref5760a to power all other speakers
the reason I am choosing to get a six channel amp is the dimensions are exactly the same as the mono amp for the subs so I can make the system look symmetrical.

What do you guys think I am open to suggestions or ideas!
All of this will be installed in a very clean manner with some lighting effects but not many I hate crazy flashy systems which is why I picked this stuff none of it is that flashy.

You must be either an Infinity fan or getting a deal on Infinity's. Check out Diamond Audio or MB Quart Premium or Q series. I'm sure they will make you think twice about going with Infinity.


As far as amps go I like Diamond or high end Phoenix Gold. I have no problems with Clarion but make sure you compare it to a similar priced Alpine or Kenwood Excelon.

And oh....try browsing through e-bay. You can get some killer deals.

 

I am getting a good good deal, like around a grand for everything (minus head unti cause i already got that). I have loved the sound of infinitys for years, granted other stuff does sound "better" but it is double of trile the price. I have never heard anythign in the same price range that MY EARS have liked better.....clarion makes amps? i need to look into that i was unaware of that i love my clarion head unit!

 

started to get some of this stuff at my house now(damn shipping) the build quality on these amps is AMAZING! i recomend them to anyone, i will review sound quality asap
