Default sound system not working only bass works

i have a
kenetic hc 2000 battery
10" kicker solo x 5000 watt dual 1 OHM sub
boss audio 5000 watt mono block amp
custom ported box
image dynamics CD1MH V.3 mini horns
pioneer avic 700bt
image dynamics ctx65 6.5" co-axial door speakers
db drive speed series 1100watt amp for mini horns and door speakers
and a 4000watt dual amp kit

the problem =(
i was drivin my car and all of a sudden the sound stoped workin all but the subs. so i was like guess the amp is bad so i go checked it and it was fine. next place to check was the speakers, they were fine too. then i took my head unit to bestbuy to be sent off because i got a plan on it for 5 years for anything that goes wrong with it. so they said its gonna take 3-4 week to get it back. so i need music so i bought a soundstream VIR-3600t just so i could listen to music. i hooked it up and the sound still didnt work. =( so i went to a audio place called rodgers stereo they said it could be a factory amp but there is no factory amp in s2000 vehicles. so what could my problem be???
btw the fuses for the amps and headunits are fine and not blown and the head unit works but it will only play bass

Check your voltage with a voltmeter,
Battery terminal + to - = 12v+
Power cable before fuse to - = 12v+
After fuse to - = 12v+
Before splitter to ground = 12v+
Positive terminal on amp to ground terminal on amp = 12v+
(deck needs to be on) Remote Lead to ground = 12v+

I had a problem in my friend's RSX. All the above posted 12v+ except for Positive terminal on amp to ground terminal on amp was 1v-2v. I don't know why... Even my installers said it was weird... Changed out the main power cable and it fixed it
